Baking Blend
or use half almond flour, half coconut flour
¾
C
Swerve
or use your favorite sweetener
¼
C
oat fiber
1½
T
ground ginger
½
t
cloves

t
ground cinnamon

t
salt
½
t
glucamannon
(optional)

baking soda
1
egg
1
T
molasses
½
C
unflavored coconut oil or butter
at room temperature
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°. Spray 1 large cookie sheet.
Mix everything together and then spoon walnut sized balls onto the sheet. I use a cookie scoop. Make a criss-cross pattern on each cookie with a fork.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
