2-4ozVelveeta cheese, chunked (amount to your liking)
2/3canmilk (use the soup can)
1/4Cchopped onion
1/8Cfinely chopped green/red pepper (optional)
1Cpeas (optional)
1 Cday-old bread, cut in crouton-sized chunks
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
While cooking macaroni in a dutch oven or large pot, microwave these ingredients together in a separate bowl: soup, milk, cheese and onion for approximately 3-4 minutes or until cheese is completely melted. To the macaroni add cheese sauce, tuna, peas or peppers (optional) and cover the top with crouton-sized bread. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.(I normally serve with a salad and hot Italian bread.
